3. AI-Assisted Features
- Certain features may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, speech recognition, natural language processing, automated summarization, recommendation systems, reporting technologies, transcription services, or similar technologies.
- Information submitted to AI-assisted features may be processed by technology service providers solely for the purpose of delivering the requested functionality.
- Unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement, information submitted through AI-assisted features is processed solely for providing the requested service and is not intentionally submitted by Detasys for training public artificial intelligence models.
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, transcription errors, recommendation errors, interpretation errors, or outdated information.
- Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs before relying upon them.

Organizations using Detasys products are responsible for obtaining all permissions, notices, authorizations, and consents required for information entered into the Software.
Detasys processes such information solely for the purpose of providing requested services.

Detasys does not sell personal information.

- Technology service providers
- Cloud and infrastructure providers

No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Following cancellation or termination of services, Customer Data may remain available for up to thirty (30) days for export or retrieval.
After such period, Detasys may permanently delete, anonymize, archive, or otherwise dispose of information in accordance with operational requirements.
